Jubilee Days
Art Fest

is held on the Ivinson Mansion grounds the last Sunday of Jubilee Days, July 10th,  10:00 to 3:00 p.m.  If you are an artist, crafter, jeweler, food vendor or musician (great showcase of your music!) interested in participating in this event for 2016, email Mary at

There is no cost for visitors to wander the grounds to check out the booths. $2.00 walk-through tours of the museum in the Ivinson Mansion are offered throughout the day.


2016 Victorian Teas
Our May 24th and June 21st Teas were lovely successes! The sweets, savories and historically-themed programs at our Teas are special highlights of a Laramie summer.These special events are held one day in May, June and July of each year. Teas begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Alice Hardie Stevens Center, the reception hall on the museum's historic grounds. We still have a few tickets for the July 19th Tea. Call the Museum  office 742-4448 if you would like to know more about attending, be added to our invitation list, or to check if seats are still available for the remaining Tea.

Tea on Tuesdays tickets are

$25 per seat


Evening at the Ivinsons

This annual end of summer garden gala, raising funding and awareness for this special site of Laramie & Albany County's history, is always held on the 3rd Saturday of August. In 2016, the date is August 20th.
The theme this year is

Golden Island Splendor
If you are interested in being on our invitation mailing list for this special event, please contact the Museum office.
$100 per seat for a great meal, auctions, music and a complimentary drink ticket.

Museum Tour Information

Summer touring hours are full time

9:00 to 5:00 Tuesday -- Saturday

and Sunday afternoons 1:00 to 4:00

Tours usually can start whenever you arrive, no reservation needed. Tours are always guided and usually last at least an hour.

The last tour of the day can begin no later than one-half hour before the end of the touring day.

(March through December, tours are offered

Tuesday - Saturday 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.)

Routine Tour Pricing

Adults - $10.00; Seniors - $7:00; Students - $5.00; 
Families - $25.00; AAA adult rate - $8.00;

Any past or present military - $5.00;

Children under 6 are free.

A view book is available for those who cannot climb stairs.

We are happy to work with teachers and schools

to give class tours.
